Clean Car Wash

Car wash sucks. Drying sucks. And prices are wayyyyy too high for this low quality wash. I got the one dollar membership and then they told me that it wasn’t valid so then I had to pay $30 for just one wash. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back because the bird poop was still on the car and the windows were drenched wet when the car wash was finished.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt valued as a customer. Pedro demonstrated exceptional leadership, patience, and genuine care in making sure my concerns were addressed. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Justin was equally impressive—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire interaction. Together, they created an experience that reflects the highest level of customer service. The wash itself was great, my car came out looking amazing and spotless. On top of that, Serlita was wonderful to work with. She was super nice, approachable, and very conversational. She did a great job explaining the benefits of the memberships and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

Every time I come to this car wash on 1960 the customer service is always great! They always help me with anything I need! The vacuum always work great compared to other locations! I choose to always come to this location because I know I will be well taken care of and treated with respect! The managers are always polite and generous will dealing with me and other customers! This location is highly recommended over any other location! Also the wait time is very short they get the cars in and fast which I love! I appreciate there service and time they spend to more us happy
