Clean Freak Car Wash

We went there today and had the best experience! The car wash was great and the sales guy gave us a free car wash! Made our day! Will be back for sure!

I went to this new Clean Freak car wash, and specifically asked if it was a brushless wash and was told it had options for both brushless and brush washes. I was told to mention it to the person who guides you into the wash as well, which i did and they confirmed they would set it up for a brushless option. Once I entered the car wash it was a full contact wash with brushes. I stopped in the office to mention that it wasn't brushless when I went through, and at that time was told by the exact same two employees I previously talked to that it was a contact wash which is the opposite of what I was initially told. I do have to mention the person checking me in was welcoming and greeted me at my arrival and offered me a free car wash as a first time customer. If you are looking for a brush/

The man who greeted me and the person directing you into the wash were very nice and helpful. However, the wash didn't clean my back window and the same happened with my husband's car. While this wash was free, I won't pay for a carwash that doesn't wash the whole car. Free vaccums seem to be a hit, though!

The staff were great, but the wash didn't clean the back of my car very well. Although this wash was free, I won't be paying for a membership.
