I had an awesome experience at Clean Planet Smog Check in Ventura. Ruben worked on my Toyota and was an incredible help from start to finish. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to diagnose an issue that other shops couldn’t quite figure out. Instead of brushing it off, he took the time to explain what was going on and helped me understand the best path forward. You don’t often find service this honest and thorough. This was my first time at Clean Planet SMOG and I found the staff there to be friendly, welcoming, and professional. Definitely a step up from your standard auto shop in the area of customer service. The price was good and I really liked the decor of the small office area. The SMOG inspection was really fast and easy. I'll come here again and recommend it to my friends.
