I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I received. My car has had multiple issues that remain unresolved. Furthermore, it took over a month to receive the title, causing significant inconvenience. The overall experience was unprofessional and the staff were rude. I would not recommend this business. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Their customer service is severely lacking and demonstrates a lack of respect for their clientele. I personally witnessed unacceptable behavior. This disregard for basic courtesy is deeply concerning. I would encourage potential customers to seek alternative options.

I bought a 2015 Passat about 2 months ago. It was a great experience everyone was super friendly and helpful. I then lost my keys (push to start) and they didn’t hesitate to help me get things sorted out. Will definitely be going there for my next purchase.

I was actually recommended to them, and I must say I don’t regret it, never did I think I would buy a Cadillac but here I am and I love it. I did application online, due to pandemic but Saed was quick to get me approved and into this great suv. It did have a sensor light which they also took care of. Overall the least stressful car buying experience. Thank you Saed and John is also very nice.

I bought F150 last October just after my wife purchased Infiniti FX35. We love both vehicles but truly impressed by Saed the owner. Beyond stands by clients. After he drove my Truck down to Mystic CT to register it for me & delivere to me he told me don't worry about 30 warranty. Well drive shaft went March 6 months later. Saed fix it for parts only. Who does that anymore. Saed does. While in shop radiator bad, he called me. We put new one in. He said will take care of me. Bill under $300 including tax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SEE SAED. Bought A 2008 BMW X5 and should have bought the year warranty. 2 mos in water pump, 1 month later fuel pump, then starter. I love my car when it's running. Spent too much in repairs but hopefully it's back too good health!
