It is dang near impossible to get them on the phone. We purchased a camper back in December and because no one would answer or return our phone call I had to get insurance on it with a completely different company, I had to call for numerous times to get a truck added to the policy last month and now I’m going 2 days needing to get a new vehicle added to the policy and no one is answering or returning calls.

Tim has our best interests in mind. He was able to save us many dollars on our auto insurance. We are so grateful for his thoroughness and time spent with us to make sure we have the best plan for our needs.
