ClearWater Express Wash

I have been a customer of Clearwater Express Wash since the day they opened, and what happened on October 27, 2025 is unacceptable. While going through their car wash, my rear bumper was nearly ripped completely off my vehicle. I was told someone from their claims department would contact me. That never happened. Instead, every time I call, I am placed on hold indefinitely until I have no choice but to hang up. No follow-up. No accountability. No effort to fix the damage they caused. After I stopped paying for my membership due to their failure to address this issue, they have continued to harass me for monthly payments. The staff agreed it likely happened during the wash, and we filed a claim.
