ClearWater Express Wash

This is my go to car wash place.Always great service. This one time my wife’s gold bracelet was sucked in by while vacuum cleaning, and we thought we had lost it, guess what, the store manager got it for us! Not just good service with car cleaning, but also great people!

Best car wash I’ve ever visited. Great details on the car, great drying systems and excellent customer service. Miguel, excellent worker and very helpful. If you ever need a car wash or even a good vacuum, ClearWater is your best bet.

Unfortunately the high reviews did not avoid having my brand new SUV damaged by the car wash. If you care about your paint then I would avoid this place entirely. Filed a claim with them and have yet to hear anything back. Had a repair estimate and was over a $1,000 in damage. Update 2/9/2026 Just got a call from the Clear Water Claims department and according to there investigation they could tell on a dirty car that the scratches were existing already and no fault of their car wash system. Keep in mind my car had only 3,000 miles on it and had only been hand washed by me twice since purchase brand new. I will be pursuing this in small claim court as this is a complete dismissal of there machines causing damage. I recommend going to any other car wash in Mckinney other than this one on t

This is an amazing place to wash your car. They have everything you need: clean towels, great vacuums, and all the equipment is always in good condition. My car always looks incredible when I’m done. I always come to the same place because the quality and experience are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Clearwater Express Wash and had a really good experience. The whole process was fast and easy, and my car came out looking great. Josh was awesome. He was super friendly, helpful, and made everything go smoothly. I will definitely be back.
