Clegg auto did an amazing job on my pre-purchase inspection as an out of state buyer. They were able to fit me in same day and gave a very comprehensive overview of the vehicle with absolutely no bias! I feel confident driving down for my vehicle purchase knowing that they had my back.

I have had a great experience with everyone at this place. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all: don’t work on commission. This means you may have to pay a little more than what Google will tell you to expect, but also that you don’t have to worry about being told you need 13 repairs when you came in for one. The loaner car they had saved me a pretty penny alone on uber rides while they made sure my car was good to go. I will be back, but hopefully not for a long time!

Thorough, honest, and great to work with. Originally brought my car in for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. A quick oil change place told me that I had an oil leak and I should take it to the dealership for diagnostics. I did and was quoted ~$5000 for an invasive transfer case issue. Clegg suggested a thorough diagnostic, which involved steam cleaning and adding dye to the oil to trace it, all to be sure to identify exactly where the oil leak was coming from before committing to such a big procedure. They couldn’t find a leak. I drove it around for a week and took it back and there was still no evidence of a leak. Nor is there evidence of a leak on my driveway. This was our first time using Clegg’s automotive service in American Fork. We’re new in the area so we chose them by their review reputation to work on a problem with our 2018 Dodge grand caravan window. They got us in that same day, but it was going to take until the next morning to pickup our finished vehicle. They provided us with a courtesy vehicle at no additional charge. The work they did was great, and done on time and at the agreed on price. Staff was awesome! We will be using them in the future and feel confident in recommending them to friends and family!
