I recently went to this shop as it was the closest to place of living. I had my Honda checked in for some tire issues/oil and to fix my check engine light. I also had no previous appointment and they had took me in without any questions. They communicated effectively and were on schedule with the repairs. They were transparent about further issues and the cost as well. I will definitely make this shop my place to go if I need anything. Great job guys!

Took my car there last Thursday to be repaired. Told them I thought it was the starter. I was told they would look at it the following day (Friday) ant the latest, and never heard back. I had to reach out to them on Tuesday and was told that it was the starter and the part was ordered from Rochester and would be in the following day (Wednesday). I had to reach out yet again on Thursday (the car has not moved an inch all week) only to be informed that they cannot get the car into the repair bay. Called today and was told it needed to be towed (for an additional $100) to get car into repair bay. Why it took them over a week to figure this out I will never know. When I asked why it took so long to discover such a simple problem, I was told they were understaffed and overbooked with appointme

Got me in for a same day inspection the morning of and had all the work done by the time I left work for a very reasonable price. Let me know what things will likely need work within the next year but made it clear they weren't needed today. Highly recommend them!
