I've been going to Tri Star for several years now and they have been absolutely wonderful. I never have long lead times to get an appointment and I have never been there more than 2 hours when waiting for maintenance on my vehicle. If I drop it off it's done same day. They are very thorough ensuring that they don't recommend things you don't need and have never tried to upsell me on additional services like many major car dealerships. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable locally owned repair shop

Poor service. I wanted an inspection but they couldn't fit me, so I returned the next day and dropped my car off. They didn't look at it till later afternoon, they failed it for three things including tires, but didn't have the tires (couldn't they have ordered the tires for me). They implied I would have to leave it again for the next day (third day). Instead I took it directly to Tire Depot and they got me new tires without waiting and at in incredible price ($60 plus tax per tire) within minutes of leaving Tri-Star. The next day I took it to Valvoline and got an oil change in about 20 minutes. then I took it to WalMart and got the needed back windshield wiper and put it on myself, again in minutes. I called Tristar and the best they would do is schedule a new appointment in two

Auto alignment. They were able to unlock two locked jam nuts saving me from having to replace the tire rods themselves. Very kind and helpful! Thank you!

I have to update this review because Jeremy and his team came through for me again in a big way.
