Went to the Northwest RV Show in Spokane just to look around. We had just bought a used toy hauler we needed items for, so what better place to see everything and get good sales right? Well as you can imagine when I said “we” the woman decided we should look at rvs you know just to look. Next thing I know I negotiated a deal and I’m doing paperwork on a brand new Open Range 3X two bedroom two full bath fifth wheel. They treated me extremely well on the toy hauler. I traded in that I had just bought and got a great deal on this brand new Open Range now when I say this thing is nice, it is nice service. I am overwhelmed with the compassion and genuine concern from Tony and Lil Bear in the parts department. I needed a heated RV hose and am on a pretty tight fixed income and was amazed how Tony came through for me. His kindness, professionalism and knowledgeable actions in finding me what I needed was amazing and cost was well within my budget. He went above and way beyond to make sure I, being a first time RV owner, knew what to do and all the information in use and maintenance. Thank you Tony for everything! You saved me!! Aron was great and really patient with me while I went back and forth between multiple trailers. She was very good at giving me pros and cons of each one based on what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy and made me feel comfortable.
