CLJ automotive is a Justice Gem and Illinois treasure with their service and knowledgeable staff! As soon as I called their location, I was greeted with respect and understanding that is seldomly seen in this profession. Once my keys were in their possession, they gave me an incredibly affordable rate, and I was impressed by how efficient they were in addressing my car issues. Despite it being an electric vehicle, they handled the situation in a timely manner that was faster than any other place before. The staff was accommodating, always willing to answer my questions, and provide updates throughout the process. I was just recently referred to CLJ and I'm SO glad that I came there. I originally came to have a code repaired from a failed emission test. Once Carlos took a look at my vehicle, he informed me that I had a more serious issue related to the right control arm of my 2008 Chevy. He explained how this was a safety issue that needed to be taken care of immediately. He also gave me recommendations of other possible issues with my car. He was able to fix my car within two hours and he also took care of my emission code issue. Passed with flying colors! He made time to help me and he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to operate. I plan to return to CLJ to repair my other car issues. I was loosing air in my rear tire so out of gps I called few firestone places, all backed up and busy, I have called this place which use to be a firestone of justice but its called now CLJ Automotive, I explained the lady on the phone "Lianna" my situation and she squeezed me in for tire fix, that was very nice, I drove in and tire was done 20 min later, made a appointment next day for oil change as it is much cheaper than any chain oil spots and such charge. Leanna is super nice, great customer service and she makes customers welcome, place is clean, and they provide a good quality work, now this will be my shop to go to ;)

This family owned business states that they work on all models of cars: man is that the truth; they worked my 30-year-old sports car in to shape in about two days.
