My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. Very satisfied

Apu Perry Master Piece, Instincts is the closest thing we have to call ourself God. And today am the happiest guy alive. Love my job and love comfort after work. I pray to God to give me the strength to keep helping family back home in Ghana. This year was the hardest year since i been in business. Use to have a use APu on my truck which gave me hell during to oil leak and the coolant line was not done rite.I change two use Apu on my truck due to improper installation. I witness and testify the understanding of an excellent mechanic today. Absolutely a useless people, they don’t care about their customers at all. Asking for an update and nothing, I have been asking them every other hour for an update and they don’t even ask the mechanics what is the issue with my trailer. Been waiting for over 5 hours with not knowing what is going on or what is taking so long.

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, everyone was looking at me, but no one came up to me to serve me until I asked if anyone was there.

Very bad experience with this place. Driver waited 4 hours and they didn’t even look at their broken equipment. Definitely never ordering Carriers in the future. Do yourselves a favor and stitch to Thermo King. The difference in how often breakdowns happen and service level is day and night.
