Cloud10 smartwash - Wilkes-Barre Union Center

Today was first time here, had a great experience they even did cute little Valentines air fresheners for all customers went in for a Rag & Stephanie was super sweet and very helpful I told her it was my first time & we loved it there that I’d be back and she even gave me a wash on her & extra air freshener! Totally recommend I will be back every other week because I get nails done across the st I live 35 mins away. Great experience I’d give it more stars if I could ⭐️

My truck was extremely dirty so I did not expect a standard car wash to clean it 100% but it completely missed at least 50% of the tailgate there was dirt left on the passenger side door as well. Thankfully they give you microfiber towels to use and I was able to clean it well.

A clean car is a happy car. Automated car wash at a very busy intersection adjacent to fast food and convenience stores. Some people say it's pricey but cars are expensive these days and it's mandatory to keep your vehicle clean here in the salt belt. Easily accommodated my lifted truck with oversized tires.

10/10 This experience was worth every cent. It was fast, efficient, and the customer service was amazing. I am impressed by the quality of the wash and will be returning customer from this day on. Try it out, you'll be pleased with your investment!

When entering the car wash, the employee directing me did not do well and I ended up on the rail he said. I couldn't get out of the car to see what was going on but was talking to him with my window open. He told me to put in reverse and he grabbed my steering wheel through the open window and next thing i heard was the air coming out the tire. Then i was told by another employee that i had a flat and had to get out of the way per management because they have had these incidents there before. I reversed SLOWLY away from the entrance, trying not to damage my Tire Rim. The employee told me to only fill out my personal information on an incident report and he would take pictures. Then he said i was still in the way and had to find a parking spot. So i tried to be careful in reverse, whil
