Kost Tire & Auto Service

Thos place is top notch for customer service. I've been using them for years and they always fix my issues for a reason fee, very promptly. Their manager Jason is just the best. He's even plugged my tire and didn't charge me. Every time I have it in the shop he gives me timelines for how long I can safely wait to fix thing if needed or would inquire how much longer I planned to keep the car to see if it was worth fixing. It's rare these days to find people who do business with honesty and integrity. Refreshing change! Highly recommend

The staff at kost tire have always given me excellent service. Tom in Kingston has always been fair and has always worked with me to get a good price that is affordable for me no matter what service I need. Also John in Kingston was very very patient when working with an outside warranty company just recently. There were a few snags with the whole procedure with the warranty company but he remained calm and professional. I highly recommend kost tire.

These guys were great! I had a major problem with my car late at night. The next morning, I drove straight to Kost and told them I didn't have an appointment but I needed help if they could find time. I explained what was going on to Jason, the store manager, and he told me he'd work me into the schedule. I figured I would be there for most of the day, but in less than 3 hours they got my car in, figured out what the problem was, did the repair, and sent me on my way. Very thankful to the Kost guys!

This is honestly the worse customer service I have ever had. I dont know if its this location or if it is the entire chain. I have heard good things but the salesmen at this location are rude and insulting and they do not communicate. An appointment was made for a tire rotation and a state inspection. When I got there they only had the tire rotation scheduled and said it we did not make the request for the inspection. Gaslighting me. Unexceptable customer service. When I asked how to get it done they gave me the option of waiting all day and gave me no time frame for when it could be done. They do not care about the small jobs. Then when it came to the inspection, even though there was a dent in the front bumper, the headlights and blinkers worked fine. They did not pass the car and thankf
