Cloud10 smartwash

My girlfriend and I recently stopped here for a quick wash after all the snow finally melted so we could get the salt off her car. After the wash we immediately noticed there was still a lot of soap left on the vehicle along with visible dirt across different areas. That was frustrating but honestly not even the biggest issue. When we got home, which is literally two minutes away, I started wiping the remaining soap off before it could leave marks. That is when I noticed visible scratches all over her windshield and rear windshield. These were clearly new and they did not buff out. I told her to contact them right away to see what could be done. Well I got a free 24.00 car wash from Cloud10, I was excited to try it!! My truck was pretty dirty from recent snow storms, I went through car wash a lot of lights and bling going off while going through but my rear of truck was still pretty dirty, so I told the attendant he put me through a second time, back of truck and also side windows still dirty!! Maybe something wrong with something this day, but definitely not worth a 24.00 car wash!!! Vacuuming and air equipment was very good however.

It is easy to get in and get a quick wash to get off the dirt and road salt. The was is too fast to get a good wash though. After exiting the wash my car was still wet with soap on it and it missed a few spots. I would use it again for a quick wash, but would need to go somewhere else to get a good quality wash. I got the best package, but I don't see the value in paying for the higher packages with the quality of the wash.

Love it great place always so helpful great wash every time never had a problem.
