I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received yesterday and today regarding my daughter’s car. When I called yesterday morning, I was very concerned about the right rear tire, which was wobbling significantly. I truly appreciate you for scheduling an appointment for 10am today, especially after I mentioned that new brakes and rotors had recently been installed by an out-of-town Chevy dealership. I was relieved to receive a call around 11am today informing me that the car was repaired. The discovery that a lug bolt had been over-tightened by the dealership and had snapped was alarming, but I am incredibly grateful that your team identified and fixed the issue. Clowes is exceptional!!! It's an auto shop where you can get your vehicle repaired, and you can trust that it is a job well done!!! The cost is very reasonable!!! We've had multiple repairs done here and will not hesitate to come back for our next repair!! Brandy, the gal up front, is both very competent and nice, too. :)

The repair took no more than 30 minutes but was charged $180 in labor cost... That calculates to about $400 an hour...give or take. Plus I gave them the part. Clearly great mechanics but extremely dubious billing practices. Not appreciated. Additionally , the front desk girl was a bit on the rude side. I was in the right place at the right time to see when my vehicle went into the bay. It was about 20 minutes later I get the call to pick it up. Do better! We all work hard for our money. 😒

Previously had brakes installed, I suppose the last shop I went to didn’t even tighten my wheels all the way. Recently the wheel started to come lose. I stopped in at 3:00pm with no prior appointment and asked if someone could at least look at my car and tell me what’s wrong. Worker rode with me around the block, told my tire was likely loose. He brought my car in, jacked it up, and fixed all my tires with no charge. Great guys who are doing great work. Definitely a trustworthy place.

I stopped by for a quick inspection due to a noise coming from my front brake pads that I initially had replaced by another mechanic. Kenny figured it out in less than 3 minutes. I’m always impressed by the professionalism, kindness and promptitude to take care of my car. Thanks again ! Happy customer :)
