Club Car Wash

No, no stars!! Basic car wash at Club Car Wash in Decatur IL on Pershing road ended with 3 dents and 2 scratches on my new 2025 Trail Blazer car that had only 11,000 miles on it at the time. The car behind me pushed my car thru this drive thru car wash. They won't pay a dime of repair and claim it was my operation error by using their facility! Said "I should have honked my car when I knew there was a problem." No more car wash memberships for me!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

This is one of the best car washes I've used...... They need to work on making it easier to cancel a car on website. Like using your phone number. Hard to use number on a sticker when you don't have that car anymore. Had to use tag number on vehicle i still had and then get them to fix that at car wash. Car wash does good job on washing..

Decent Car Wash but WOW 20.00 for a single car wash. Never again. Thankfully there are other options in the area.

The best car wash in town. I have two memberships on vehicles here. I was going to RS prior to Club being built. Once I tried Club I was sold. I love that they prewash your car prior to going through. They do seem to do better some days than others. I also love that you can drop your floor mats off at the start and they will wash them for you, and they are ready to pick up by the time you get through.

Great service. Good vacuums. The wash goes fast, leaving some residue when they're busy and just pushing vehicles through. However, if you go during a downtime, it's a perfect wash!
