Club Car Wash

I visited this location earlier in the day and accidentally tossed my nephew’s hat in with the towels. When I returned several hours later to ask if it had been found, Anthony P went completely above and beyond. Without hesitation, he took the time to comb through the trash and actually found my little nephew’s hat. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant more to me than words can express. It’s rare to encounter customer service like this—genuine, caring, and selfless. I am forever grateful to Anthony P for his dedication and exceptional service. Employees like him truly make a difference and represent this location in the best possible way. Thank you, Anthony P!

Services have been diminished, and this wash just opened. I have an MVP membership but I received the a wash matching the lowest level. No tire shine, the car was still wet after the dryer, and the pre-wash was not comparable to the expected service. I have gone to several locations and this review is not specific for this location. I am looking for, and expecting the services I pay for- nothing else. Please correct these conditions, customers notice.

Gets vehicle clean like they all do. But tends to have more problems at this one. Long line of cars when I got there. I understand that but no one moved for the longest time. While I was in the tunnel, we stopped moving twice. No towels to dry with. And you need towels because this one in particular doesn’t blow dry very well. Always leaves a lot of beads of water.

The car wash itself is awesome and detailed but the purchasing experience was terrible and uncomfortable. I said no thank you the to membership and the girl continued to harass me for a membership. After I said no she continued with “are you sure”, “why not”, “how come”. I finally had to say “can I please just purchase the car wash”. Please retain your employees Club Carwash cause that was insane. I’ll be sticking to the Shiloh/O’fallon one. The workers are way more friendly and won’t harass you.

Staff 10/10!!! They are having a $1 promotion right now so I’m sure they see a hundreds of a faces a day, but they were genuinely so kind! I signed up for the monthly wash for 2 reasons… 1) company with staff this nice are companies worth supporting & 2) the deal is incredible!
