Midas

This Midas location, under the current ownership (Oct 2020 to present), is hands-down the best service I have ever gotten for my vehicle. Not only did they take care of my car, they took care of ME, and made sure I was comfortable and continuously updated while I waited for my brake pads and rotors to be replaced. They also provided complimentary tire rotation as part of my service, since the tires were off anyway to replace the pads and rotors, and when I asked if they would check and fix the steering alignment, they didn't charge me as there was nothing to fix following the tire rotation. Anywhere else would have charged me at least for checking. The entire crew from the owner on down was friendly and checked on me periodically, were enjoyable to talk to, and there's a STORE DOG!!! Sweet

I highly recommend this Fairview Heights Midas shop. Bob and James were excellent in taking care of my truck issue. The service was quick, efficient, and they were upfront with everything. The shop itself is clean and well organized. I will be telling friends and family about taking their vehicles here.

Fantastic shop! Went in for a bearing, turned into a 3 day fiasco with a seized bolt. Bob and thr Crew did great work and charged the original price! Can't recommend them enough

When you are new into town and you stop by a mechanics shop because you have a tire pressure light on, it can be pretty nerve-wracking because you don't know what to expect. However, in this case, I was immensely impressed with the service, the kind souls that work at the facility, and the honesty. Finding some place you can trust is never easy but I felt like everyone working here is trustworthy and honest. On top of that they have an amazing office dog!

Bob and his team always do an amazing job...I've been coming here for over 20+ yrs....they always provide a detailed explanation of the wk that's needed...I never feel rushed or pressured...definitely recommend...
