Club Car Wash

I am extremely disappointed with how Club Car Wash handled an incident at their Harlingen, Texas location. My wife’s vehicle was involved in a collision inside the car wash while it was on the track. Another driver admitted to hitting her vehicle multiple times. Despite the seriousness of the situation and the visible damage to our car, the assistant manager on duty refused to contact the store manager and instead only provided a customer service phone number. The assistant manager did start a claim but clearly stated that he could not confirm whether Club Car Wash would cover the damages. When I called customer service, I was told the claims department would take several days to contact me. When I asked to speak directly to the claims department, I was told it could take 15–20 business

We’ve been members for going on months and tonight we noticed the car wash we got completely stopped like our car didn’t get washed going through AT ALL so we pulled around to speak with someone and the Assistant Manager Damien listened to my husband and explained that it’s rare but happens every once in a while and highly encouraged us to go through again to allow our car to get properly washed and he said he would keep an eye out for our vehicle when it goes through. When we came up to being next we saw him come out of the office and literally WALKED THE WHOLE CAR WASH ALONG SIDE OUR CAR!! I was absolutely floored by the customer service care he showed us tonight. All the workers here are very attentive and we really appreciate the extra attention Damien took tonight during our visit!!

We LOVE this car wash. As a former member of Quick quack, which did a horrible job on my car! This facility is superior! Car wash is excellent from removing all the dirt and bugs from my car. The vacuums are always working towels are always in stock. I LOVE all the extra this car wash provides the power washing of the wheel wells, the power washing of the grill, the bug removal, etc. All of the staff always goes above and beyond, especially Christian. After an experience where there was a lot of dirt and mud in one of the vacuum stalls Christian went above and beyond to get the stall cleaned up so I could properly clean my car. Wouldn’t take my car any where else and Christian always makes sure our experience is superior when we visit this location after our prior experience.

Excellent customer service and quality wash with undercarriage. Easily beats all the competition in town. Quick quack doesn't even have undercarriage for a single wash that cost almost $30

Not happy, when trying to cancel pause site makes it difficult to remove payment information, cancel membership and customer service has no confirmation when a cancellation is done. No email just “recorded calls kept”. Any company that doesn’t let you cancel or pause seems sketchy to keep doing business with.
