Huge shoutout to this Christian at Club Car Wash! From the moment I pulled up, they were upbeat, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, explained the options clearly, and kept the line moving smoothly. Their positive attitude and great customer service truly made my visit exceptional. Employees like this are what keep customers coming back!

Best car wash in the area! They have the best equipment and most awesome employees anywhere. I love the Club so much, I became a monthly car wash member.

I tried to cancel my membership on both vehicles and the system wouldn’t let me cancel but one membership, but both memberships were under one phone number. I went online on the website to cancel both, but wasn’t successful it said no match found so I tried calling them they were closed couldn’t get in contact with a supervisor. I was told that I had to make a call back request in order to talk to a supervisor cause they didn’t have one that I could be transferred too. So I called back again they told me the same thing no supervisor to talk too again. Then I explained to both agents I talked to what happened and I asked why u couldn’t get my refund I was told that I can’t give you no refund I have to make a ticket to get a call back twice. Brandon Bays is very helpful when I come to club car wash & he is an intelligent young man. I just want to give him a moment of worthiness because he is a good guy on and off the job. he makes me feel like the job is going to get done when he on the job!

This place is never open. At first they started closing at 8:00 p.m. then 7:00 p.m., I'm here at 5:00 today and they're not open. This is the most overpriced ridiculous car Wash I've ever wasted money on and I can't wait to cancel.
