Club Car Wash

As an ambassador for the Round Rock Chamber, I had the chance to join the Club Car Wash team for their ribbon-cutting event. From the local employees to the national training staff, I was genuinely impressed with the quality of their team. Now, I’m not saying that out of all the ambassadors, my car was the dirtiest, but it definitely needed a good wash. I was really impressed with how clean my car looked after the wash. I particularly liked their power washing process before the wash, which removes all the debris before the wash. Their proprietary soaps and other products also did an excellent job.

I came here yesterday and ended up getting my tailight broken off in the middle of the car wash drive thru. We spoke to Austin the so called "manager" yet all he had to say was I understand and continued laughing in our face. On my end, that seems very unprofessional and I wouldn't hire somebody like that because it's a bad reflection on the business. The tailight is fused on and he tried to claim it was glued and the glue was "old" and "loose" and said it fell off. Yet, with fusing it takes an obscene amount of pressure to break it. I'm very disappointed in this business and will not be coming back again.

I now regularly get my car washed here using my membership and love having a clean car. Original review 5 stars!!! I was convinced to buy a membership in November and it's almost mid December now and I had only got my car washed twice in the month. I came back today and actually asked if I can just transfer my membership to my other car that I drive way more and he said yes!! I'm so pleased I didn't have to go get my other car and bring it to them just to move my membership to the car I drive more and that's actually dirty more often. Everyone I've interacted with has been so nice!

I stopped in today to sign up for their monthly and was very pleased with the ease and the process and the wash and equipment. It was very nice to see 2 vacuums per bay. I am a long time subscriber to car wash plans so I’ve seen a few come and go. This company has good things going for it. I received a little swag “bag” of goodies for signing up. A micro towel , air freshener and the best of all — a Flyer with a QR code to cancel the subscription. This was a first for me and I want to thank the owners of this company for thinking that through. I cannot think of any subscriptions plan I’ve joined that handed me a way to unsubscribe so easily. Well done !

I started my membership here right when they opened and generally had a positive experience. That is, until I went thru the wash today and one of the scrubbers wrapped around my windshield wiper blade and broke it off. No big deal right? Just replace the wiper blade… Nope. The manager’s (Sean) response when I first came in to the office to let them know what happened was to, without a word or even eye contact, just hand a tablet to the young lady who was working there. I’m not gonna lie that dismissive and rude gesture pissed me off. The young lady walked out to my truck with me and was explaining the process of filing a claim and getting my information to do so, and it occurred to me that this would not result in me getting a wiper blade today.
