Club Car Wash

I’m giving the monthly subscription one more chance. I pay $40 a month to roll out with dust and dirt on my vehicle still. Unacceptable.

The female attendant stands for 5 minutes trying to upsell me on a single car wash. Then ask questions like do I not have time to come every week or if I can’t afford to purchase the package. Sure, she gets a commission but a customer should not be subject to this 5 minute orchestrated upsell I’m sure the company makes mandatory. I told her No 6 times and apparently no means try harder. That’s not a good way to be in business and as a lady she should know that no means no. Don’t ask personal questions that sounds demanding and predatory.

I won't or rarely come back here. my 3 year old got scared, and we had to put our car in neutral, which was weird. They gave us a rag that we didn't know what to do with it. The employees were nice and helped us since it was our first time. Pretty good wash though.

I’m leaving a one star review because of the employees and management at this location. I renewed my fast pass and the girl that took my information, obviously entered something in the computer wrong for some reason every time I come to this location my fast pass does not work and they have to manually send me through the wash. The girl who renewed my fast pass, said she wasn’t there the day that she did it even though I know that she is the one who did it. It’s funny how I travel a lot and every other club car wash I go to my fast pass works perfectly fine. I’ve been told that I need to call corporate, which I did and got no response. Great car wash, their vacuums are the best I have used ever!
