My partner, brought in her car for a simple serpentine belt, timing belt and ac belt replacement. Upon receiving the car after the job, I nearly got into a wreck driving the car at low rpms due to the serpentine belt not being tight enough. It would lock up my steering and cause a very loud belt squeal. We ended up calling about it to have them look over the job they did, they did so. Instead of tightening said belts they blamed it on the alternator bearing (which will not cause a belt squeak that locks up the steering wheel) and blamed our valve cover gasket leaking oil on the belts (which was not the case either, I checked during my diagnosis before having them work on it.) Good people! Strongly recommend . Broke down Sunday . alternator locked up broke serpentine belt . Mercedes Sprinter. nobody wanted to touch it. ordered parts from Autozone. Monday morning barely made it to shop. they got the part delivered in 20 min . put on their account got repared in 3 hours. was superb coordinated work. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Had work done for collision repair. Long story short car wasn’t touched for months, which isn’t a huge deal. What is a huge deal is when they put the radiator in they didn’t put in the rubber bushings or the upper radiator mounts. Don’t have to know much about cars to know we shouldn’t have floating radiators. Have a whole list of things that were screwy as well, but moral of the story is be cautious. They seem to be pretty hit and miss.
