We recently purchased our second vehicle from CMA CDJR of Lynchburg. As with our first experience, Devon was awesome to work with. This time we were looking for a used Jeep for our daughter. We provided the specifics of what we were looking for and Devon went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. He was very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Needed 2 new light sockets for my truck. I called on a Friday to check inventory they only had 1, but offered to order them before I could say anything. They called me the following Monday mid morning that they had arrived. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

Worst customer service experience ever...hands down. I called on Thursday and ordered parts "overnight" for my wife's Jeep. The person I spoke with in the Parts Dept. took down my name and number and said that they would call on Friday when the parts arrived. Friday came and went. I called numerous times on Saturday morning and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in parts OR service. Finally, I spoke with one of the sales people and they again took my name and number and we're going to personally hand it to "who I needed to talk to". It's now Sunday, and my wife's Jeep is still not repaired because I dont have the parts. I'll be contacting another Jeep dealership on Monday and drive a little further to get my parts.
