CMA's Family Auto Center

My 2021 Ford Bronco needed a lift and new tires put on. I was unsure and skeptical about where to take it for work. I'm so glad I chose Hensley's Family Auto! They did an AMAZING job on my truck. I will continue to go there for all my work!

After purchasing a van from Carvana, I had CMA's Family Auto Center conduct a thorough used vehicle inspection to identify any issues within my 7 day return period. CMA's were able to identify several discrepancies in the vehicle and went out of their way to coordinate with my warranty company and gave me a ride home while they worked out the details. They fixed all the issues and had me on the road at no charge because of the warranty. They were very nice and punctual throughout the entire process. I appreciate an honest company like this! Thanks CMA's. I have definitely found my new vehicle service provider!

Let's just say that these guys stayed after hours to finish my car. The results do not disappoint. As they are very meticulous in their craft. Sam and Andy are awesome at their work who especially love working on Subarus. I trust them to work on anything I own. They are just a couple of friendly, down to earth auto enthusiasts. Who just so happens to be great at working on cars. Thank you guys!

After a bad experience with a chain auto shop in Ruckersville, I asked my neighbors on the Nextdoor app who they they thought to be honest & reliable. CMA was highly recommended. I appreciate that I was able to make an appointment for my inspection and they were fast, friendly, and informative. I'll be back for my automotive needs!

I brought my car in to see if they can locate and fix the front-end noise I have been trying to locate. The previous repair shop replaced components at huge cost without getting rid of the noise. CMA's Family Auto Center experienced the noise while test driving the car but was unable to locate the source when they put the car on the rack and inspecting all the components. They assured me that the components they inspected were nice and tight. Despite all the time and effort they put into this, and shuttling me to and from my house, CMA's Family Auto Center did not charge me a penny. They could have easily come up with more components to replace and charge me, but they did not. I will be using CMA's Family Auto Center for my upcoming auto service.
