CMA's Hyundai of Lynchburg Service

Spent 7 hrs waiting for the service... it took very long! On top of that when I ask how much longer and that I had to go after 7hrs waiting the lady in front was so rude! The guy has good customer service skills but the girl she seems to hate her job! Update on my review... just drove my car after service in this place and just found out, my car is overheating, I'm on the side of a road waiting for road assistance, to take my vehicle back to the dealership. I open the hood and the technician that worked on my vehicle didnt put my Air inlet duct back, so is missing. Shows how well they work and check vehicles and after some research the car is probably overheating because there might be an air pocket due to the Radiator flush or thermostat malfunctioning after they replace it with a new one

We’ve bought our cars from them for years now, and the service has always been excellent. Pete and his team — especially the service department — are truly awesome. They’re professional, honest, and consistently go above and beyond to take great care of us. It’s rare to find a business you can trust year after year, and this one absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

They took great care of me and my car. My only complaint is the new wipers they put on my car are leaving a smudge mark of the windshield. Not the Service Dept’s fault-faulty blades.

When I booked my oil change online the web page quoted a price of $79.99. When I checked out the bill was $111.00. I mentioned the quoted price to the service manager, he responded that the lower price was for a base model Elantra. I pointed out that when I logged in, it knew I was driving a 2024 Tucson. The service manager said that my car used full synthetic and needed 6 quarts. He would speak to the manager about the error on the website.

Waiting for a 2.5 hrs service usually feels like a day wasted, but CMA'S lobby makes plan b work. The coffee is solid, snacks are available, the TV isn't pumping the news on a loop. I pulled off work and enjoyed my chats with the sale dept, service dept, etc. Think Im exaggerating- check em out! Thanks CMA folks! Kelly Phipps- 2025 Santa Fe
