CMA's Williamsburg Ford Service

Once again, outstanding service, high five to my service manager, Anthony, he’s been taking care of our 2018 Edge since our relocation to Virginia. Always looking out for what is best not over selling malnourished we may not need! Keep up the great friendly professional attitude, giving confidence we got the best at the time and future appointments! Thanks!

Great customer service. Maintenance was done quicker than expected! I had a bit of an issue when paying due to my bank. The employees were very patient and understanding when it took longer to get the payment processed.

I love everything about CMA Ford! I take my car here for oil change and recalls, and they always take great care of me and my vehicle. The staff are very accommodating and nice! I don’t mind waiting for my car because their waiting lounge is very cozy!

We were pleased with our service from beginning to end. The Service advisor Dave was helpful and explained the process. The courtesy ride was helpful to get us home. Great job, car is running great. We will return!

My service tech, Mr. Dave Llewellyn, is the BEST service tech I have ever worked with in over 50 years. As a former Soldier that has lived all over the country and Europe, it is not even close either. Dave is the consummate professional with exceptional technical acumen. Keep up the great work Sir, we appreciate how you do business.
