I was up in Salem for a photo shoot, and I ran into a major car issue. I was referred to see Tito and his team, who jumped into action with looking at my car right when I got to the shop. Being a fellow small business owner, I cannot emphasize how amazing these guys were and how thankful I am that they were able to correct a major mistake I had made and put a customer’s needs above all else. I truly cannot be more thankful. Please remember those small businesses when you run into an issue. They truly are the ones that will help you when you need it most.

We were visiting our daughter in Salem and the night before we were to drive home to New Jersey the engine warning lamp lit, we were advised to get it checked out before driving home. Tito took the time to do a thorough check and run diagnostics on our 2018 E400, determining it was a minor issue and gave us peace of mind to drive it home. He could not have been more friendly and professional, that's enough for me to recommend this business to anyone.

Tito and Bill have been taking care of my cars for 10+ years. The two are very knowledgeable and honest and reasonably priced. If the dealership is not an option then these guys are next best thing, trust!

I've used Bill & Tito since I got my first car 8 years ago. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They will save you money when it is possible, they are thorough, considerate, and down to earth guys that know Mercedes cars inside and out. If you need repairs to your Mercedes you can't beat CNC Autowerks and I recommend them to everyone.
