Made an appointment for a full detail. Dropped the truck off the afternoon before at 4pm, said I needed it at 4pm the following day. Yeah it'll be done. Showed up at 4pm, it'll just be a few minutes. 15 minutes later, he's almost done, just a few more. 10 minutes later, still not done. I've got to go, I'm taking it... Windows not done, wax not done, door jambs completely untouched. Well you took it before we were done! I showed up at the agreed upon time, you said a few minutes, 25 minutes later it still wasn't done, then Will the owner blames me for taking it before its done. All he had to do was call and say it's taking longer than expected, can you leave it? He never even tried to call and now somehow it's my fault they do a horrible job and weren't done on time. Such a wonderfuL experience to be able to take my SUV to a repair shop and not feel like I was misled or ripped off. The technician was friendly and very knowledgable, explaining in detail what the issue was and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. I was provided a quote and subsequently set an appointment for the necessary repairs (an exhaust, oil change, winter tire mount and balance, and vehicle inspection). The repairs were completed, in what I consider, a reasonable timeframe-while I waited. I highly recommend CNY Auto Spa for all your automotive needs. I plan on having my “summer special” detailed at the facility in the late Spring giving it that little extra TLC.

Will & crew are great & know their stuff. We had to replace an engine which we had several complications getting the replacement engine there. Will was very patient and sensitive to our dilemma. They got the engine replaced and SUV runs like brand new. I know I have a new repair shop now with Auto Spa. The whole staff are very friendly & personable, plus their prices are very reasonable. I trust them totally with all my vehicles.

First time getting my vehicle (truck) ceramic coated ever and It looks amazing! I would highly recommend them for detail, under coating and any vehicle work you need done. I’ve already setup my undercoating (fluid film) with them. My 2025 Ram Tungsten looks top level amazing!
