After my accident, they picked up my cycle, took it to the shop, had vey clear communication, kept me in the loop, got the parts, and repaired back to the amazing bike it was. The people who work there are friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend anytime for anything

Brought my Honda in for a recall on a Monday and I get phone call Thursday at 5 PM saying it’s ready. So I go out the next day and pick it up. I bring it home. I check over it. It’s a half quart low on oil which I don’t understand and some of the plastics weren’t reattached on the right side near the bottom so now I have to bring it back to them and lose time at work to do this if the service writer had any type of communication I would’ve gladly paid for new oil and coolant, but he didn’t even communicate with me that they were recycling my old stuff per Honda. This whole experience has been disheartening, especially since this is where I bought this bike and another. I filled out the text survey. I dropped my 1986 YAMAHA off for a new rear tire and nys inspection..the price was fare the work was great ...I will definitely take my motorcycle back to them if needed 👍

Great service! Came to my home picked up my snowmobile, fixed in timely manner covered part and labor under warranty, called when completed so I could hit the trail. Thank you

I brought my snowmobile here for service and these guys were great! The snowmobile had an issue that took some time to analyze but the service guys were great to deal with and keep me up to date all throughout the process.
