Coachcraft Autobody

I took my truck to Coachcraft for collision repair. I have an unusual color which they matched perfectly. Overall, my experience here was excellent. They communicated with me through all phases of the repair. Paige was especially helpful throughout the process plus she had to deal with my insurance adjuster. I hope I never have to return to deal with them (never get in another collision), but should I need a body shop, they will be my first stop.

Coach craft auto body was great to work with. I’d highly recommend Coachcraft to everyone! The entire team is very helpful, they got me a shuttle to the rental car lot and they took care of the rental when I picked up my car and it looked brand new there was a small issue with a sensor and they took it right back and fixed it the paint matches perfectly! It’s like the first day I picked up the car from the lot. The staff is so helpful, nice & professional. Paige was my point person and she kept me up to date throughout the entire process messaging me every 2-3 days with an update. The entire team is great and easy to work with and they do top notch work too! I’d highly recommend Coachcraft to everyone!

Coachcraft does superior work. After completing the repairs my vehicle looked like new. The staff was great to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. Destiny and Brittany were great and Paige went beyond helping, she constantly kept me informed And would always contact me when she said she would. I definitely recommend Coachcraft!

Very professional, clean place. They give you updates about your car every day, and when you pick it up, they clean it and vacuum it. The work they did on my car was excellent, and it was a relief to know it's under warranty as long as you own it.

Customer service and the paint matching was great but the final product was disappointing. There’s parts of the bumper that don’t line up and clips that won’t stay in their slot and just pop out. Overall not happy with the finished product for the money it cost.
