I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your service department. The shortcomings in service not only caused inconvenience but also eroded my trust in your department's ability to provide reliable support. As a customer, I expect timely, courteous, and effective service, and my experience fell short of these standards. The appointment for the repairs was scheduled in July. This included a list of items that needed to be repaired. The appointment was scheduled for Sept 27th. The trailer was in the shop for 10 weeks and was only going to take 3 weeks!! Some repairs were not completed. Items were replaced on the trailer without needing to be replaced and when installing the jacks (that were not needed) one is now leaking fluid. One of the drawers was damaged and

Paul Goff and Justin Downing was awesome on repairing and painting my RV. I was very pleased with the service that I received there and it’s very convenient to have the pull through RV sites next to your business.

Such and amazing company with a long history of excellence. We drove a few hours to buy our travel trailer from Coachlight and drive the same distance to have it serviced there. It's absolutely worth it - coming from someone who lost thousands of dollars on a travel trailer from a company that no longer exists. You feel at home, part of the family at Coachlight. They are genuinely good people that are there to help you out from beginning to end. If you're looking for an RV, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and at least give them a call!

RUN from these clowns! Bought new Grand Design Imagine and stayed onsite to checkout camper. Major problem was water leak in wall from shower. It was cold and rainy so didn't discover other problems until later. Our first camping trip we discovered the "fixed water" leak wasn't fixed so we saw water on 2nd day so shut off water. Doug said he would pick up trailer snd pull wall to look for damage (not on write-up just simply replaced washer). External leak behind awning was fixed TWICE! Still leaks. Slideout windows wouldn't open very easy. The write-up said couldn't recreate. But when Coachlight returned camper to us, their driver couldn't open. Sorry very easy to recreate so what did maintenance person do to test simply opening windows? Screen door would not stay closed by itself s

Bought our rig here in April 2025. Everyone was great to work with from Norm, out salesman, to Scotty who did our PDI walk through. Very professional group to deal with!
