I couldn't be happier about my experience with Bob and his team at Coachworks. After getting estimates from four other auto body shops—each one either overpriced or trying to upsell unnecessary work, Bob stood out immediately for his honesty and fairness. He took the time to go the extra mile in sourcing parts for my car which helped cut down the cost of repairs. He's extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Not only was his quote far more reasonable, but the quality of the repairs was exceptional. My car looks brand new again, and the attention to detail shows how much pride he takes in his work. It’s rare to find a shop that combines honesty, skill, and genuine customer care the way this one does. I I'll be back again if I'm ever in need of repairs.

My car was recently rear ended, and I brought my car to CoachWorks. From the first time I spoke to them to my car being ready in a timely fashion they were amazing. Their work was excellent and kept me informed through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend and use Coachworks again!!

Used their services through Geico, would never use them again. They had my car 3 months and 16 days saying it was a parts delay. I called GM cooperation to get assistance with the parts ETA and coach works didn't reply to my reps messages she left. I called weekly for updates and coach works had none. They stated they were waiting on a part as this was the norm for then to keep telling me. Finally received my car back on October 24th and Scott stated he had to detail the car it wouldn't be ready till 430pm. Why wasn't it been detailed they had almost 4 months. They left parts in my car and didn't put the antenna back on the car. Terrible service and lack of communication. They need the better business bureau to go over their practices.

My car looked nice after bringing it here, but that's about all I can say positive about this place unfortunately. They said it would take 3 weeks to fix, it took 7 weeks, when I finally got my car back there was no wiper fluid in my car, they didn't tighten my battery so it died and I had to call AAA a week later to come tighten the screws so I could start my car. Then 3 weeks later something else had to be fixed that was on the same side they had worked on, and then 6 months later the battery they had replaced had to be replaced again. Horrible experience.
