Got a great deal on a nearly new RAM 1500 Bighorn. It had all the bells and whistles including the panoramic sunroof and Hurricane engine. The sales folks were great, Angela and Zane tagged team to make sure I was taken care of. TJ the sales manager made me a more than fair offer. Unfortunately unlike many here I’m not able to leave Coast Chevy a good review. Less than a year ago I purchased a used Chevy truck from them. From the get go, they tried to swindle me by telling me there was an issue with the truck that they were gonna fix, and they thought I was gonna pay to have it fixed, even though it was already on the schedule to do so, we worked that all out though. Fast forward a little I decided to go ahead and cancel the extended warranty I bought with the truck, (due to some financial changes in my life I needed to bring the loan amount down), I came to the dealer and had them sign the cancellation form and they told me it would be taken care of and that it typically takes 6-8 weeks to process. About 6 weeks goes by and I hear nothing, no email or confirmation

We had a great experience! Our salesman, Aaron was very professional, transparent and truly cared about what we wanted. The process was seamless and definitely worth the 2 hour drive to this location. Every employee was kind and friendly. Go to this dealership if you want to be treated fairly and respectfully.
