Drove all around Horry County only to find they had the part I needed. The cooperate companies didn't even have what I needed. Kudos!

Coast rv did a great job for us they came over within a half hr of my call. Eric was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem with our hot water tank very quickly. The part was ordered and he came back within 48 hrs and completed the repair. Very reasonable cost as well. Thank you!

When in Myrtle Beach, this is the place to call. We had an awning issue and they sent out Eric to take care of us! Thank you to Eric, we now have awnings that go in and out!! Coast RV is lucky to have a young man like this. Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt!! Tiffany and Regina are also very nice, when you call. They kept us updated as to when someone would be here!! Thank you to Coast RV!!!

I called for an estimate to repair damage from a tire blowout. They came out that day and called me with an estimate of $600 and said it may be less. The repair was done over the next two days and looked great. Went to pay my bill and they only charged me $385, They said it didn't take as long as they originally thought. Great customer service, Highly recommend!!!

Not happy at all. I called Coast RV yesterday at about noon because we had an electrical problem. Someone came a bit after 5 PM. He couldn't help but said he would check with Frank and let us know in the morning what would be done. We were very cold last night in 32 degree weather. This morning I called and the person who answered said the man would call us to let us know what Coast RV could do to help. This afternoon we called again and was told he would call us. He never called. We were cold all day and tonight we will be very cold again. I was not happy at all. if he called and said they could not help, we would have tried someone else. If he called and said they could help we would have waited for them. But to not even bother to call and leave us freezing is not good.
