This shop is the last of a dying breed of mechanics. Troy, Jennifer, and Matt couldn't have been more helpful. I had just bought a 7.3L excursion, and was on a time crunch to leave town. Finding a shop that can work on a diesel on quick notice is next to impossible, but these guys made it happen for me. The mechanic who worked on my "new-to-me" 24 year old car happens to own the same truck! He gave me incredibly valuable information on what to look out for down the road. I had heard of this shop over the years, but this was my first time in. Super cool decorations inside and out, from hot rods to dinosaurs. Service, price, timeliness, and attitude were 10/10. I've taken my car into this shop a couple times over the years, and Troy and his team are always great to work with. I can trust him to provide honest feedback, quick yet thorough service, and reasonable quotes. The only mechanic I'll go to!

FABULOUS experience! Called about some grinding loud tires and to my surprise I needed several upgrades. I got my front brake pads, wheel bearings, and tire rods all replaced and on the road again just over 24 hours later. Thanks again Troy, Mark and the Coastal Auto Shop crew for keeping me on the road and safe :)

I work in sales for a large engine and transmission manufacturing company, and it’s rare that I feel the need to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, our experience with this business was very disappointing. What began as a simple misunderstanding regarding an invoice quickly escalated instead of being handled through a normal professional conversation. Our staff attempted multiple times to explain the details, but the discussion became unproductive and difficult to resolve. Due to how the situation was handled, we ultimately decided to cancel the order before it shipped. Clear communication and professionalism are important in any business relationship, and in this case the interaction did not meet those expectations. Myself and family have been coming here for many years and always will no matter what we own. Troy and his team are amazing at what they do. They are a small family owned shop that may not be the quickest but sure has the quality put behind their work. Troy and his team treat his clients as they are family and that’s worth all the money right there. He has done multiple lifts, oil changes, and even custom jobs for me and they are all top notch. I highly recommend this shop but you have to be patient for this type of quality service!
