Stopped by Coastal Car Care in Saint Marys for an oil change and tire rotation and had a really good experience overall. The service was pretty straightforward, but what stood out was how friendly everyone was. It’s always nice when a place treats you like an actual person instead of just another car in line. The visit was simple and easy, which honestly is exactly what you want for routine maintenance like this. Nothing fancy, just solid service and a good attitude from the staff. I’d definitely swing back here the next time my car needs basic maintenance. 👍

We’ve taken both cars here multiple times and they’re always super helpful! I had an issue and had taken my car to another place and the issue came back up, but Coastal Car Care took the time to fix the issue. I highly recommend them! We’ve done oil change, tire rotation, break light change, routine maintenance. They’re awesome!

My Tahoe had a sudden issue when stopping at a stop sign. Many service lights appeared simultaneously like, check engine, traction control and other. She began running rough immediately. Taking it to Coastal, they diagnosed it as a cylinder 6 misfire. Expensive repair, but it had to be done. After some new fuel injectors, plugs, and a tune, man is she running smooth. Better acceleration, hopefully more mpg's (we'll see). But right now running like a champ! Also, had to wait almost a full week due to parts acquisition and a backlog of work. BUT, that's ok too, because if they have that much work, what's that tell you about the shop? Thanks Coastal!

Coastal Car Care is by far the best in town. They are always friendly and professional and genuinely care about their customers. You know you’re getting detailed and accurate information that is in your best interest when it comes to your car. Prices on everything from oil changes to tires are competitive. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else
