Teddy was amazing! He was transparent and too the point with everything! He made our first big purchase in our marriage a breeze and we are over the moon with our new too us 2018 Salem hyper lite hemisphere 5th wheel. Everything works exactly as described and he was very timely with every question I had, which I tend too ask a lot. We are so thankful and blessed we found our rig from Thompsons RV Sales! Thankyou again Teddy! Can’t wait too do business again in few years for when we decide too upgrade.

Please save your money. This company is extremely misleading and does not stand behind what they sell. They hide behind “as is,” but what they don’t tell you is that they only take responsibility up to $500 even if the camper breaks on the way home. In our case, the camper broke while being transported by the company they hired. As soon as they were dropping the camper off, we noticed problems and called immediately. Once we went inside, it became clear the camper was not in the condition promised: • The hydraulic system was broken • The camper leaked as soon as it rained even though they said there were no leaks • The battery does not hold a charge • The AC and heater do not work even though we were told they did • The living room TV electrical outlet does not work • There were carpente

We saw a trailer we were very interested we contacted called and contacted this business within 2 hours of the post being made on Facebook and told the man we could meet as soon as possible. we set up a meeting that was 2 days after we initially contacted the business and put in a loan application that put a hard check on our credit. The meeting was then pushed to 3 days after the original meeting was supposed to take place and before we ever even met in person to purchase the trailer it was sold to someone else before we were ever even able to meet to buy the trailer. We received the news that it was sold over text and immediately tried to call back and not only was the call not answered or returned I was hung up on in the middle of the the line ringing. This was our first RV purchase and Teddy made this such an easy process. From the first point of contact he responded back so quickly. Teddy was very professional and the pricing was very fair! I will definitely spread the word to others about Thompson RV!

First RV and probably the easiest purchase I’ve made in my time when buying anything with a motor in it. Teddy was awesome through all the paperwork and showing. Mack was prompt on responding on the Facebook ad as well. Overall I would give Thompsons RV Sales 10 stars if I could.
