!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Received 3-4 referrals to utilize this repair shop before I FINALLY took my vehicle(S) to them. They were the most professional, courteous and prompt mechanic service I've experienced. While every experience is unique - these guys were able to keep our schedule, keep our town trip as planned and STILL kept the other shop work moving and dealt with my individual needs to solve my cumulative car problems. Amazing job, patience and teamwork to this company and ESPECIALLY to shop crew. Great work and thank you kindly!!!

I’ve used Coastal Car Care on several occasions and have found them to be very competent, reliable, and friendly to deal with. Yesterday my daughter’s car dropped part of the skid plate and I made a temporary fix and dropped it off with Coastal afterhours. They were able to reattach the skid plate quickly and were kind enough not to charge us for the fix. These folks are wonderful to deal with - they do great work on small or large jobs, they are very competent and super friendly to do business with.

They have a nice office with a friendly staff. I will admit I’m a stereotypical woman with limited knowledge of cars and my son referred me to Coastal Car Care. He and his father-in-law are customers there and speak highly of their services. I had several service lights come on in my older Lexus recently and I called them. I needed several services and they made me a timely appointment and gave me a nice loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to wait several hours while they worked on my car. Everything is in good working order now and I appreciate the good service.

We blew a radiator hose on our way to the beach for our 41st anniversary. We had Coastal Car Care recommended by our motel staff, contacted them and got an appointment. It resulted in a blown head gasket. We were given a loaner vehicle, and being 200 miles from home and no back-up, this truly saved our trip. Coastal diagnosed and gave us a workable car for the return trip which we made fine. What great and friendly people, very professional!
