Went to the surf city location and met two of the most polite professional attendants....Russ, the assistant manager and his sidekick Kolby. They answered all of my questions about their service and provided such polite responses. The facility was very clean. All of the equipment after the car wash was available readily at the vacuum station. When I left, Russ and Kolby made sure too wish me a wonderful day and a happy new year. It's not often that you receive positive and joyful service like this nowadays, but at MOD, I felt very comfortable and appreciated. THANK YOU!

TLDR: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went to this car wash specifically to have the undercarriage wash done. I purchased a basic wash and added an undercarriage wash. The attendant assured me the undercarriage wash was functional. I was specific because the car sat in a lot for a long time and was covered in spiderwebs. I pulled into the vacuum area and took the first picture. I showed the attendant the picture, he went and had the operator verify the undercarriage washer was functional and she verified that it was. Maybe my definition of functional is different but I would think there would at least be water droplets on the undercarriage immediately after the wash. First time here and wow. Bella was so sweet and professional. And we loved the vacuum area they keep it well stocked with fiber cloths and anything you might need after the car wash!
