Coastal Carolina Car Wash

Great car wash, very easy. The vacuum is kind of suck though, I had a bit of pet hair and I feel like I was only able to get half out. **** Bring quarters if you plan to use the vacuums!

Good Afternoon... I had called a couple times and regards to The car wash that is located in leland north carolina off of village road. I had an issue where I was stuck in the car wash... And at the time no big deal the attendant was not there. I went back the next day and spoke with Donny about the issue. And his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He made the situation correct right away. I have been to this location quite a few times and every time he is there, he is extremely attentive... If always asks if I would like my tires washed and cleaned.. In my opinion you have an excellent staff member. Definitely somebody if I owned a business would like to definitely keep on without a doubt

Jammed coin machines, broken wands, complete waste of $$ even called the number and left a voicemail with no call returned. Clearly the biggest scam in town! Update, it’s been months and even with the business reply no one contacted me about a refund verified scam! Take your money elsewhere!!!

The auto wash was broken, it took my$15 sure enough and the proceeded to beat my car with the wand, it folded my driver mirror forward. Reccomend going somewhere else for the automated wash

As the years become a decade, it's time to close this location and do a complete REBUILD with NEW equipment. Last weekend, I stopped by for an automatic basic wash. I drove in after paying, all I got was water. I called the phone number on the front of the entrance. Through texting, the lady ( owner I am assuming ) apologized and sent me two free $18 wash codes. That was nice of her. On Valentine's Day evening, I used one code. Well, my memory of past car washes here above the $8 basic wash came rushing back to me. After the free $18 wash was done, I still had dust/dirt on my windows. Imagine if I had paid $18. This place is very old and needs an upgrade. Today, I drove over to the automatic car wash at 7-11 in Waterford. I paid $12 for a mid-grade wash and my car did NOT have any dirt/du
