Coastal Collision

We needed several parts of body work done on our 2018 Hyundai Elantra, including replacement of rear bumper, repair and paint dent in quarter panel, repair and paint dent on front hood and repair and paint lower front spoiler. The Owner, Danny gave us a fair price and was very reasonable. The car took a little longer than he estimated and he made an accommodation with the price for the hassle. Finally, after we had the car for a few days, we noticed one of the tail light brake lights went out. I showed up and he addressed it right away. They spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting to fix. There was no additional cost for this. I have since referred 2 neighbors to his great work, fair pricing and solid business acumen. I would recommend this company for any body work. I came in with my 50 year old restoration project , and realistic expectations. Rust had eaten through the entire quarter panels, the hood in some places, as well as under the doors and front fenders. Not only did coastal have the image, and talent to recreate a non existing body line on my 1978 ramcharger, but once the truck was 99 percent finished they stripped down, and re did work and repainted on their dime to ensure it was to their quality. These guys exceed expectations, and are completely transparent with the entire process. If you are looking for quality work and customer care these are your people.

Very pleasant experience beginning to end. Having a damaged car is surprisingly emotional. Cara was very thorough, professional, and pleasant from initial inspection, many updates, and final turnover. Did a great job on my 21 year old Lexus. Very pleased. Hope I never have to use them again but highly recommend.
