I was traveling far from home towing my camper with family and pets when my radiator failed and started loosing coolant. I was lucky enough to make it back to camp in Cape Blanco State Park where I tried to make a temporary repair but only made the situation worse. I found Ross online and called, left a message and he returned my call promptly. He found the parts and picked them up which was miles away from my remote location and came as promised to make the repair. He took the time to make sure the repair was good and educated me on how to identify possible problems and left me with some top up fluids. I was traveling through the South Coast of Oregon and I needed a u-joint replaced in my RV. Ross was able to fit me into his schedule within 2 days and came to Cape Blanco to fix the problem. He was timely and affordable. I will use him again.

Busted a water heater hose in Port Orford on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately it was a complete fixture that had to be replaced. After failing repeatedly to get assistance anywhere within a 30+ mile radius, I got a found and got a hold of Ross. He drove north to Coos Bay, bought the fixture, drove back down to where we were staying, installed and broke in the equipment per factory requirements. Turned out he had replaced a few of these already on his fleet vehicles. Needless to say I was extremely grateful not just for his help, but for being lucky enough to find someone as qualified as he is.
