Generally, I refrain from leaving negative reviews; however, over the weekend, I brought my new vehicle in for service in La Pine to have new all-weather tires installed. The appointment was initially scheduled for 9 AM. Due to the unavailability of the tires in stock and the necessity to retrieve them from Prineville, the process extended throughout the day. Upon returning to collect my vehicle, I was profoundly dissatisfied. All outside and interior door handles displayed grease, as did the push start button and steering wheel. I had requested that my old tires be retained and set aside for my husband to collect in his truck, with clear instructions that the tires not be placed inside my vehicle. We were broken down on the side of highway 97, about 1 mile away from La Pine Les Schwab. We called to ask for help or replacement parts for our trailer. The lady that answered the phone laughed when we told her we were stranded with our whole family including pets and small children. Without trying to find out if they had any parts in stock or do anything helpful, she told us we were out of luck and would just have to be stuck until Monday morning (it was Saturday). We understand that there are times that no one is available and parts aren’t available. The lack of compassion or even mediocre customer service is unfortunate. We will not be doing business with Les Schwab in the future.

Pulled in with two cars and a trailer. Sean promptly helped us check and fill all 12 tires. He was personable and knowledgeable about the correct PSI for the heavy duty truck, trailer and SUV. Great employee.

If I could leave negative star review I would, this les schwab location has cost me more time and money due to not wanting to align my vehicle. I live over an hour away and 2 times the have told me all of the NEW parts on my vehicle are bad and need replace, one being a wheel bearing with less than 70 miles on it. I am a master certified ASE technician and when he showed me what he believed was wrong (wheel bearings and tie rod ends) he just shook the tires whill the vehicle was suspended in the air and said see the tire moving that's bad you need new parts, not offering to show me the actual tiered end moving or any play in the wheel bearing. I have replaced inner and outter tie rods, both wheel bearings, upper and lower control arms with new ball joints and bushings all with in the last

Les Schwab is it when it comes to our tire purchase. We have dealt with Blake numerous times, she is outstanding. She is a very big help. Thank Blake.
