I took my 2012 Dodge charger to them for service. I was having problems with the cooling system. They told me I needed a new radiator and AC condenser along with a couple of other things which was no problem. I told them to do the work. Upon receiving the car back the HVAC controls that change the vent settings wasn’t working when I got into the car. I asked them what happened and they said they would look at it. They told me that the car has to warm up in order for the vent settings to work because my actuators were bad and I knew that before I brought the car in. I let them know that I never had that problem before specifically with the actuator that controls the Mode and that it had worked perfectly fine up until the day I brought it to . Beware! negative stars! Never take your car to this flim-flam shop! They totaled my perfectly good car! We put it in for an e-vap core and heater core. First, they gave it back to us with wires hooked up incorrectly...was driving it home (after they robbed me on the high cost) and all of my lights came on and it kept stalling. Put it back in to correct that. Then, after heavy rains, we had an inch of water, front to back and it started smelling musty. So they put some caulk aka a band aid on their mistake to fix the leak that they caused by incorrectly replacing a hose (we have pics and video of this).
