This is my first time coming to Hank's, and they are treating me great! When I stopped in a few days ago to make an appointment, I explained my electrical problem, and Lou listened carefully, and said that it was very likely due to a faulty connector. Well fast forward to right now, I'm here at Hank's and they diagnosed the problem, and sure enough, it is exactly as Lou suspected. This gives me confidence that the folks here have been there and done that hundreds of times, and have a wealth of experience and expertise. These guys are also friendly, communicative, honest, and accommodating. And what they charged me was reasonable. It's great to have found a shop I can trust!

Re-geared and replaced front and rear differentials. Tony and Lou are the best. Running their family auto repair garage. There’s no task too small or large for them. Quality, trust and dependability at its finest.

With over 8 years working in the automotive industry, growing up around cars, technicians, and automotive personnel, I can honestly say I've never had a better experience at an independent shop than I did with Lou and the Hank & Son's team. I had a check engine light come on my Shelby GT500 and was unsure who to take it to. I have now found the only person I'll allow to work on my car. Not only is Lou a Master Certified ASE Technician but he has also built multiple performance mustangs from the ground up. He not only checked over my engine, but my entire car, and did some things that went above and beyond the call of duty. He is very professional, a straight shooter and a gentlemen to work with. Spoke to Lou, about concerns I had for my 2021 Toyota. He explained what needed to be done and charged me a fair price and repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. I got my car back in a day.
