The most unprofessional towing service I've experienced. On the scene, they did not want to speak to me when I wanted to tow the car to my home, yet they accommodated the fault driver and towed his car to his home. They assumed I didn't speak English and ignore all my questions. Overcharged for the towing and one day storage $306. Plus, they were super late when I went to pick up my car. Waited 30 mins for someone to arrive and then didn't say anything, overall rude and lacked customer service. Be careful because they might have an agreement with chesterfield County police because they refused for me to call my own towing company.

Dean was extremely professional and assisted me with towing my car to the Honda dealership. The price was fair and payment was easy.

On 9/3/2024 my daughter was involved in an accident. We were told by the Virginia State Trooper that took the accident report that our car was being towed to a storage place in association with the police. We were told we could not call AAA because they take too long and we would be notified of that place where the car was towed. We received the name of this company hours later. We called but they did not answer the phone. When we got a hold of them, they said they would release the car to AAA to go to our body shop but we had to pay them $411. They claimed it was left for two days (It has not, the car was there barely 24 hours) and the tow, a SIX MILE TRIP (I can provide GPS coordinates), was $300 and we owed $111 is storage.
