Cobblestone Car Wash

Everyone needs to be careful and pay attention when they go to cobblestone to get their cars washed. I’ve been a member with them for over a year, and 2 weeks ago, I went to get my truck washed. After I went through, I parked to vacuum, got out and looked, and all the way down both sides of my truck from headlight to taillight my truck looks like a haze. It is completely scratched from the brushes in the car wash. I filled out a report with the manager, and waited almost 2 weeks for her to call me and tell me that they will not accept responsibility for it. I asked her, “ where else am I going to get scratches like this all the way down both sides across the whole side? And she said she understood but they weren’t going to take responsibility. Very disappointed I drove through on my lunch drove maybe 1/2 mile to the store and when I got out I seen the front of my car was still filthy after paying for a polish & shine. Returned within 15 minutes requesting to go back through and was denied because I left the property. I understand if it was a extended period of time but seriously 15 minutes?! A $14 wash that did not get my front end is disappointing. Customer service very poor.

We love being vip members. So easy to get through and worth it to get a wash every week. We miss the mirror at the entrance to the wash. It was very helpful when lining the tires up so the wheels and tires are completely straight. If we could change one main thing, it would be the VIP sticker. It looks so tacky on our high end vehicles windshields. We would rather have a scan card or something more discreet. If they really wanted to go full VIP you could have a hand drying station where employees could dry cars off instead standing at the entrance walking ppl through an automated kios. And another station where they vacuum it out for the customers as well. But there would need to be a sheltered waiting area for customers to do that. The employees could get tips and earn more money. I've had a membership since this place opened several years ago. It was recently bought out by Cobblestone. During the ownership transition and company name change, I purchased some booklets of car washes for my wife. Before I purchased them, I asked the attendant if these booklets would expire or if I would have any issues using them in the future, as they had the old company name on them. He assured me there would be no issue and they would not expire. He was wrong on both accounts. Based on his word, I bought 4 booklets totaling 16 washes. I attempted to bring my wife's car in for a wash a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that the booklets did in fact expire on 12/31/25. I should have looked at the fine print on them when I purchased them, as it does state as much. When I explain
